Digital Ebooks

At Akhtar Ali, we specialize in high-quality digital ebooks and educational resources. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Digital Downloads (including PDF guides, worksheets, and ebook files) are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Technical Exceptions

We want to ensure you have a seamless learning experience. If you encounter a technical issue with your purchase, such as:

  • The download link is broken or expired.
  • The file is corrupted or unreadable.
  • The wrong file was delivered.

Please contact us at contact@akhtarali.site within 7 days of your purchase. We will prioritize sending you a replacement file. If the technical issue cannot be resolved on our end, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved by our support team:

  1. We will notify you via email regarding the approval.
  2. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
